Results-Driven Agenda

I’m focused on practical solutions, responsible policymaking, and delivering measurable results on the issues that matter most.

Property Tax Reform

No one who worked hard their entire life should be forced out of their home by rising property taxes.

I’ll fight for meaningful property tax reform that provides real relief, especially for seniors and fixed-income residents, while protecting the quality of our schools and local services.

Property taxes continue to rise while many seniors’ incomes do not. I support freezing property taxes for qualifying seniors so they can stay in their homes without fear of annual tax increases.

Education

Pennsylvania should never settle when it comes to education.

I believe in strong public schools, high expectations, and accountability. We must fix the broken school funding formula so districts are treated fairly and taxpayers are not asked to shoulder an unfair burden.

As a school board president, I’ve seen what works and what does not. I’ll bring that experience to Harrisburg.

State policy must support student achievement, responsible oversight, and fair funding that respects both educational quality and taxpayers. Harrisburg should be a partner to local schools, not an obstacle.

Affordability

Hardworking families are feeling the squeeze everywhere they turn.

I support policies that reduce unnecessary costs, encourage job growth, and help Pennsylvanians keep more of what they earn because government should work for the people, not the other way around.

Rising costs affect everyday life, from groceries and utilities to childcare and healthcare. State government should focus on disciplined spending and smart policies that help families get ahead, not fall further behind.

Affordable Housing

Young people who want to stay, work, and raise families here should be able to afford a home.

I’ll support smart solutions that support first-time homebuyers and keep Adams County a place where the next generation can put down roots.

Housing affordability is essential to strong communities. We need responsible policies that increase availability, support homeownership, and allow young families to build their future locally.

Budget Accountability

Passing an on-time budget should not be optional. I’ll hold the Governor and the legislature accountable to do their jobs, funding schools and essential services responsibly without political games or delays.

I will introduce legislation that ensures legislators and the Governor do not get paid until a state budget is passed.

If families, schools, and local governments are expected to meet deadlines, state government should be held to the same standard.

Term Limits

Effective leadership includes knowing when it is time to pass the torch.

I support reasonable term limits for state legislators because they promote accountability and renewal in government. Healthy institutions benefit from new voices and new ideas. Term limits help ensure service remains the priority, not career advancement.

I support a twelve-year term limit for members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, providing enough time to serve effectively while preventing permanent political careers.
